I have enjoyed millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of of cash at twenty-one. The casinos have made it almost impossible to beat the casino.
I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is centered on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you see playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet

Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager

Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you cann’t alter and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
