I have gambled on countless of rounds of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of money at 21. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to beat the house.
I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this tactic or defeat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original value.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Wynn a few years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a few months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 wager
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 bet
Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
